Vansteenkiste joined the British group to lead a restructuration process on the go. Before, the executive worked for the consultant Alvarez&Marsal. The executive replaces Duddy, also non-executive president of the company, that took the role of CEO after Sergio Bucher left.
Debenhamns closed its fiscal year 2018, last September with red numbers of 491.5 million pounds 623.4 million dollars). On year earlier, the company obtained a net benefit of 66.7 million euros (74.7 million dollars).
