Versace doubles in fashion capitals: to open flagship stores in London and Paris
The company which was bought in 2018 by Michael Kors, increases its physical stores this year with two new flagship stores in fashion capitals.
Versace doubles in Paris and London. The company, which has been under the ownership of Capri Holdings since 2018, plans to open the doors of its two flagship stores this fall.
The Paris store will be on Rue Saint-Honoré and will present the entire collection of men, women and accessories. The London store will be located on New Bond Street and will offer the same range of products as the Parisian flagship store. In addition, both spaces will LEED Gold certified to reinforce the company’s sustainable standards and commitment.
Michael Kors sealed the purchase of Versace in 2018 and changed its name to Capri Holdings after it went public. The American holding company also owns companies such as Michael Kors, Versace and Jimmy Choo.The group’s sales have risen 13% during its first quarter, and the company has recorded revenues of 2,788 million dollars between March to September.
