Benetton defies Brexit. The Italian fashion company has opened a new store in one of the largest shopping malls in Europe, Westfield London. The store will add to the other 53 points of sale that the company has in the country.
United Colors of Benetton store will have the entire offer of the brand, womenswear, menswear and childrenswear and it opened on an extended schedule just before the Christmas season. Located in the ground floor of the shopping mall, it is next to brands like French Connection, Lacoste or Boss, amongst others.
The company, founded in 1965 by the Benetton family, is in the middle of a restructuring process that includes merging its retail strategy with its online business to return to profitability.
