Coty rearranges supply chain team to face recovery

Coty rearranges its executive team. The American cosmetics group has named a new head of its supply chain as part of its recovery plan. Luc Volatier has left the company less than one year after his incorporation, his position will be occupied by Jean-Claude Thomas.
“Today’s organizational changes are important steps in supporting our ongoing transformation and our strategic roadmap for future growth. Reducing complexity and costs will drive operational leadership and unlock opportunities for reinvestment and profit expansion”, stated Pierre Laubies, CEO of the American company.
Coty closed its fiscal year 2019, ended July 31, with a drop of 6% in its net benefit. The company achieved sales of 487.6 million dollars in the last twelve months.
