The French sportswear retailer expands has opened in Belgium its first monobrand store in the country’s capital.
Courir conquers more European markets. The French sneakers and sportswear chain opened its first monobrand store in Brussels last September 27. It’s also preparing to land in Portugal by 2020.
In Belgium, its new 400 square meters store is located in the City2 shopping mall, in Rue Neuve, one of the main commercial streets of the capital.
The group is planning the opening of two other stores in Belgium, the first one in 57 Chaussée d’Ixelles, in a 200 square meters premise not far from a local shopping centre, and the second one in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
The company operates with 250 stores and is present in France, Spain and Luxembourg since last May. The group is planning to enter the Portuguese market in the second half of 2020. Go Sport Group sold the company last March to Equistone Investment Fund.
