Texworld launches Leatherworld Paris section and approaches one thousand exhibitors

Texworld approaches one thousand exhibitors. The textile fair, which will be held from September 17 to 20 in Paris, is gaining size with the addition of a new space, Leatherworld Paris, dedicated to leather goods. The trade show is also increasing its exhibition space and adding a third pavilion.

Leatherworld Paris joins the weaving offer of the fair, together with Apparel Sourcing, Shawls & Scarves, Denim and Avantex. Messe Frankfurt, the event organizer, brings this event to the French capital. The fair, which organized its first edition in Dubai, welcomes companies from Pakistan, India and China.

Texworld, which takes place twice a year at the Paris Le Bourget exhibition center, is held concurrently with Première Vision, another of the largest textile events in Europe. During its last winter edition, Texworld gathered a total of 13,606 visitors, 81% from abroad. The United Kingdom, Turkey, Spain and Italy are, in this order, the most common origin countries among foreign visitors.
