British Rootstein mannequins acquired by Italian Bonaveri
The mannequin manufacturer was founded in 1956. The group’s first collection of mannequins after the acquisition will be released in February 2020.
Roosten mannequins get a new owner. The Italian manufacturer Bonaveri has acquired the British group, founded in 1956. The group’s first collection of mannequins after the acquisition will be released in February 2020.
“This acquisition is part of a strategy that led us to acquire the best in the world in the market for realistic mannequins,” said Andrea Bonaveri, chief executive officer of Bonaveri, in a statement.
This is not the first acquisition made by the Italian group. The company bought the Swiss mannequin manufacturer Schlaeppi in 2001. Bonaveri competes in the market with other groups such as The Visuality Corporation.
