Natura builds new management team. The company, that has just closed the Avon merger, has announced a new organization. The group will now be lead by Roberto Marques, new CEO of the group.

Joao Paulo Ferreira is assuming the role of CEO Latin America of Natura&Co and he will still be in charge of the brand Natura globally. Ferreira “successfully led Natura’s revitalization of its direct selling model since becoming CEO in October 2016”, says the company in a statement.

Avon CEO, Jan Zijderveld, will step down following the competition of the deal and Angela Cretu will take on his role, managing the business of the American company outside of the Latin American market.

David Boynton will remain CEO of The Body Shop and Michael O’Keeffe, CEO of Aesop since 2003, also remains in his current position.
