Steve Rendle has more than 35 years of experience in the specialty outdoor and action sports industry, more than half of which have been with VF. He was appointed CEO in January 2017. Prior to that, he oversaw all of VF business coalitions worldwide. The executive began his VF career in The North Face in 1999 and shortly afterward he was promoted to vice president of sales, where he worked to reshape the business’ sales organization, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market model. He is holds a B.Sc degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington.
