Supreme Kids warms up its engines for next edition with 450 participating brands

Supreme Kids gets big in Munich. The trade show, dedicated to children’s fashion, is gaining foothold as a hub for German and north European brands. On its upcoming edition, which is taking place from 13 to 15 July, the fair will bring together 450 participating brands from fifteen countries.

The show, kick-started in 2015, will take place at the House 1 of the MTC World of fashion venue, in Munich. Along with the commercial area, Supreme Kids will also have a space for conferences, the Luna Business Talk room, where the role of social networks will be on the spotlight of all discussions.

Among the participating brands, Supreme Kids has engaged premium international labels such as Lanvin, Le Temps des Cerises, Levi’s, Moschino and Replay, among others.

Supreme Kids has gained momentum since its creation, consolidating itself as one of the leading trade shows for children’s fashion in Europe, especially after the disappearance of several competitors. Market by Klein Fabrik, which was held in Amsterdam and organized its last edition in July 2017 and shortly after closed its doors.

Cookies Show, which was born as an area inside Bread&Butter, became later a solo show, but the concept didn’t work. The other big fair in the region dedicated to children is Kind + Jugend, which is celebrated in Cologne, but is very focused on childcare products rather than fashion.

However, Supreme Kids still competes in Europe with Playtime in Paris and Pitti Bimbo in Florence. In Spain and the United Kingdom, there are as well children-focused fairs, such as Fimi and Bubble London, but their scope is limited mainly to the national public.
