PVH appoints new regional president for Asia Pacific

PVH reinforces its team. The American company, owner of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, has appointed Tom Chu as regional president of Asia Pacific. The executive will replace Frank Cancelloni, who will leave his role at the end of March.

Chu will start in the position in February 1 and will report to Stefan Larsson, president of the group. The executive previously served as president for PVH Japan since he joined the company six years ago.

“As we move forward, we are focused on leveraging the strength of our brands, continuing to capture the heart of the consumer and delivering sustainable profitable growth in one of our fastest growing regions,” stated Larsson in a press release.

The American company has over 38,000 associates operating in over 40 countries and reached a revenue of 9.7 billion dollars in its last fiscal year. PVH ended the third quarter of its fiscal year 2019 with sales for 209.2 million dollars, down 13.9% year-on-year.
