Diesel 2x1: buy a t-shirt and get an apartment in Miami

Diesel 2x1. The Italian fashion company has put up for sale 143 luxury apartments in Miami and each one of them comes with its own matching t-shirt. The campaign is called The Condo T-shirts: The Most Expensive T-shirts Ever. “If you buy one, you get a new home for free,” claims the firm.

Each t-shirt features a printed graphic of its matching apartment and a price tag reflecting the total cost of the flat. All apartments are located in the Diesel Wynwood condo development in Miami. The t-shirt D6-L7, for example, costs 1.05 million dollars, while the F2-L7 shirt costs 5.5 million dollars.

The campaign, developed by creative agency Small and directed by photographer Hernán Corera, launched last December 3.  This is the most ambitious project for Diesel Living, the group’s home and interiors division, which is currently collaborating with real estate group Bel-Invest.

The apartments feature large reflecting surfaces that bring light into living spaces. There are also individually designed penthouses and duplexes with private terraces. The building, built in black brick, is recognized by its wood screens and broad glass windows. The condo was designed by Zyscovich Architects and developed by Bel-Invest, which has offices in Miami, Berlin, Barcelona and Vicenza.
