Fashion and Luxury is looking for its new army
The fashion and luxury sector is launching a campaign in France to recruit new professionals for technical positions to preserve its know-how.
The fashion and luxury sector in France boost its workforce. The sector has launched a national campaign, called Savoir pour Faire (know to do in English), to look for more than 10,000 professionals to hire per year, for technical positions that showcase its know-how.
Led by the Strategic Committee of Filière, the campaigns want to support the companies that need these recruitments and that affects its whole territory. The profiles that the campaign is aiming at goes from students, professionals in retraining or job seekers.
The campaign is a film that will be displayed on the different social media of the Strategic Committee of Filière. “Today, in France, one industrial company out of thirteen works in the field of fashion and luxury,” stated the committee chaired by Guillaume de Seynes, vice president of manufacturing and equity at Hermès.
