A Pokémon fashion pop-up is arriving to New York with a partnership between the gaming company and the fashion brand Original Stitch.
Pokémon gets retail therapy. A Pokémon fashion pop-up is arriving to New York with a collection inspired by the 151 characters of the game. The line was made in collaboration with the fashion brand Original Stitch and will be available this weekend.
The pop-up store is located in Mercer Street, in Soho. The collection was first launched in Asia, in the Harajaku store of Original Stitch and fans can customize their own shirts in the brand’s website choosing between there styles and 151 print options.
Some of the characters in the collection are the fan-favorites like Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle and Jigglypuff, among others. Customers can also find toy versions of the gaming company and the Original Stitch’s Hawaiian shirt style. All the garment items can be purchased for one hundred dollars.
